Why choose us

Small classes, a welcoming environment and a calm, unhurried approach, all built around you, your goals and how you want to feel.

What makes B.A.M Movement Studio different?

B.A.M Movement Studio is our home studio in Droitwich, where movement therapy and Pilates come together to help you move better and feel stronger. Barbara is a qualified movement specialist and personal trainer, and our classes are capped at five people, so there’s always time to watch how you move and adjust as you go.

Every session starts with you and what you want to get back to doing. Your history, your goals and how you want to feel all shape the plan you follow.

Our sessions are straightforward, affordable and close to home, with no long-term contracts or pressure to sign up for longer than you need. You’ll just get honest, considered movement therapy and care to help you get back to doing what you love.

Frequently asked questions

We’ll start by talking through your history, your goals and what’s been holding you back. From there, we’ll build a plan around you, so every session has a clear purpose.

Not at all. Sessions are designed for all ages and abilities, and every movement is adapted to where you’re starting from, not where you think you should be.

Physiotherapy often focuses on treating a specific injury. Movement therapy takes a broader view, combining hands-on techniques with controlled movements and gentle exercise to address the whole picture, not just the symptom.

Movement therapy and Pilates can help you with a wide range of issues and conditions, from managing back pain and recovering from injury or falls to dealing with everyday stiffness or helping you to move with more strength and confidence.

Get in touch through our contact page, and we’ll arrange a time to talk through what you need before your first session.
